OK, let me start writing about The Truth About Six Pack Abs why? because when I first started to vigorously do the crunches, sit ups and other exercises it did not give me the results.

So, was wondering whether I am in the right direction, then I came to know about the truthaboutabs product which was cool and effective.

The Truth About Six Pack Abs is not more crunches or sit ups or crazy diets.  So what is the truth about six pack abs then?  It is of course diet, focus and resistance but diet is not that you need to starve to lose belly fat and you will know more about other two in the upcoming posts.
